Description:
Program Fees: The hourly rate for Beyond Infinity Home Health Care $200.00 for supportive service, medication disbursements and other medical needs my facility cans assist with. $6000.00 per person for 30 days and $6,200.00 for 31 days. There also is a $500.00 security deposit payment for room and board are separate from supportive service and each month after the fee is $700.00 per person due within 5 business days upon arrival and in certain situations 30 days upon arrival.
Eligibility Requirements: Yes, I except Medicare, Medicaid and private pay. I am contracted with ILife. My Clients must be 18 years and older and be ambulatory. We are open 24 hours and holidays.
Other Information: We supply three meals a day and snacks, staff assist residents with their personal care, medication, wash clothes, companionship. etc. We also offer respite care.
