Each of the one-bedroom apartments includes a kitchen/dining room combination, living room, and bathroom. This building also includes a community room, extra storage, off-street parking, a laundry room available for resident use, and a service coordinator.
A service coordinator is a social service staff person hired or contracted by the development’s owner or management company. The coordinator is responsible for assuring that elderly residents, especially those who are frail or at risk, and those non-elderly residents with disabilities are linked to the specific supportive services they need to continue living independently.
Opened in 2005, St. Peters Dome Housing Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Impact Seven, Inc., pays heat, water, sewer, and trash removal. Income eligible residents pay electricity and rent is based on 30% of their adjusted income.
