Adult Day Care and Adult Day Services provided to individuals with a CP diagnosis. Financial assistance is based on need. Assistance may be considered for medically necessary life enhancing equipment. Must completet an application with the outreach program, gunding approval is not guaranteed. Accepts MA via LTC funding.
