Description:
Effective 4/1/21. Formerly 1022 Club. 24 Bed Capacity. Rates $65- $77/day based upon nursing evaluation. Will work to accept AFCSP/NFCSP furnding for their clients. Offers wellness programs, nutritional services and social interaction, each a contributing factor to providing older adults with a sense of purpose and commuity. Also provide the following RN supported and supervised services:
Medication Administration, Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapy, Bathing/Spa, Podiatry Care, Personal Care, Nutrition Meals, Simple Wound Care, Recreational Activities and Entertainment, Health Assessments, Beautician/Barber Services, Screening Services, Support Groups, Vaccine Clinics
