Description:
Provides non-medical in-home care such as personal care, homemaking and companionship services. This can include transportation during scheduled visits. Visits can be scheduled from 1 hour to 24/7.
Program Fees are: 1 hour visit = $39 2 hour visit = $27 per hour 3 hour plus visit = $23 per hour Transportation, with one-on-one assistance, is available during the visit.
Clients receiving transportation must be able to transfer from a standard vehicle, with assistance. Mileage with caregiver's vehicle is paid at the IRS rate per mile by the client.

Eligibility Requirements: Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
Payors include private pay, long term care insurance, IRIS recipients and authorized services through the Veterans Administration.
