Description:
To complete an application by telephone or online you will need: social security number, personal identification number (PIN) that you create before applying, Wisconsin driver's license number, names of everyone for whom you worked in the past 18 months including address, telephone number, reason you are no longer working there, and your first and last dates of work, alien registration number if applicable, and the name and local number of your union hall if a union member.
First time applications can be made by calling Sunday, 9:00am to 5:00pm; Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 7:00pm and Saturday, 9:00am to 2:30pm. An automated voice will ask you questions.
Weekly claims can be made by calling Sunday 9am to 12pm; Monday through Friday, 1am to 12pm; Saturday, 1am to 3pm.
Claim specialists are available Monday through Friday, 7am to 5:30pm; Saturday 7am to 12pm at the following number: 800-494-4944.
