GNC is a Nonprofit free clinic is a community-based, community sponsored service which has full backing of all local family practice and clinic specialist.
Sauk Prairie Healthcare helps to support the Good Neighbor Clinic by donating basic outpatient diagnostic services, including lab work and diagnostic imaging. The three Sauk Prairie area pharmacies provide all medications to the clinic at cost (patients pay $1.00 per prescription). Local vision care providers also donate eye exams to diabetic patients. Several local physicians, Physician’s Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners donate their time to provide primary medical care at the clinic.
Who do we serve?
We care for all patients needs that are included in a typical primary family practice clinic. The exception is we do not do surgery of any kind, nor do we do obstetrics. When a patient’s needs are beyond our capacity, we assist in referrals
