Description:
Our mission is to provide older adults facing health or social changes with the opportunity to build and maintain social, cognitive, and physical skills through a planned program of enriching activities.
Hand In Hand offers an energizing, interactive day for older adults who may be frail, socially isolated, or in need of supervision. Body, mind, and spirit become invigorated/renewed through enjoyable and stimulating mental and physical games and excercises. The secure and caring environment at Hand In Hand also gives caregivers a break to run errands, to rest, or to do whatever they need or desire to do. Accepts Family Care, private pay, and scholarship programs.
