Description:
The Intensive Community Support Program serves people have a serious and persistent mental illness and a history of not taking their psychotropic medications on their own. Offer case management services in the home and at a clinic. 7 day a week medication monitoring available. Psychiatrist on staff, nurse available to monitor weights and blood pressures. Lab on sight and offer a variety of groups during the day. Case manager assigned to every person providing typical case management services. Assist with social security applications and payeeship services. Hotline available for after hour emergencies.
