SAM-C is a multi-disciplinary diagnostic service directed toward the early diagnosis, treatment, and management of memory impaired individuals.
What happens at an initial assessment? A comprehensive evaluation which involves a complete medical history and physical exam, cognitive testing, and family interviews. Appropriate labs, x-rays, and brain scans will be recommended.
