Description:
This program assists families with infants and toddlers up to the age of three who have developmental delays or disabilities. Eligible families receive the appropriate individualized supports and services needed to enhance their child's development. Eligibility: reside in Brown County, be under the age of three and have a 25% delay in normal development. Some costs may occur to family. Can make referrals via fax, email, telephone or by internet.
