Our day services are provided through our adult day care and community outreach programs. Depending on the services needed and the method of payment, individuals may be in one or both of these programs.
Adult Day Care - Willow Ridge is licensed by the state of Wisconsin. There are three Willow Ridge locations in Clark County. Two of them are located on the Clark County Rehabilitation and Living Center campus, and the third is in Neillsville.
A morning snack and lunch are available to each participant and are included in the daily rate. Participants have the opportunity to participate in a variety of daily activities including recreational, social and vocational activities and also community outings. Personal cares and bathing also provided as needed.
Hourly and daily rates depend on the needs and cares of the individual attending. Financial Assistance may be available to qualified individuals over the age of 60 through the Clark County ADRC.

Service Hours: 8:45am - 3:15pm
Office Hours: 7:30am - 3:30pm
