Provides CBRFs, adult family homes, supported apartments, supportive home care and respite services to adults with disabilities including developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, traumatic brain injury, and mental illness. Has special expertise in supporting people's behavioral challenges and complex medical and personal care needs. Most homes are wheelchair accessible. Fees: no fee for assessment. Rates for residential services are established based on the home chosen and the needs of the individual.
