Income qualifying residential customers of participating WI utilities are eligible for the Home Heating Assistance Program which offers cash-back rewards for the purchase and installation of qualifying home heating equipment.
Qualifying furnace and home heating boiler equipment can be installed in existing owner-occupied single-family or multifamily dwellings of three units or less. Income must be between 60-80% of the state median income.
