Group support, education, and advocacy for patients, families who are awaiting and following organ transplant.
Family members are welcome too! Spouses, children, and siblings are encouraged to attend as they are able. Meetings are held on the third Monday of every month from 1:00-3:00 pm in the hospital community rooms. The support group meetings are free of charge and are open to anyone who has received a transplant or is on the waiting list at any transplant center.
