Description:
Automated Health System is the HMO Enrollement Contracter for Wisconsin Badger Care Plus, SSI and childless adults into Managed Care Plans. They are are the first point of contact for members who need to make enrollment choices. They ensure a single unbiased resource whereby members can choose an HMO. They educate members about the benefits of being in an HMO and the other programs/services that are available. Advocate and assist members with managed care problems, and assist members with exemptions, disenrollments and grievance forms.
Eligibility: Badger Care Plus Families, SSI Members, Core Childless Adults
