Description:
Volunteer Drivers escort Waukesha County Health and Human Services clients to their appointments and provide support and encouragement. This services links clients to needed resources and appointments. Clients must be referred by their County Health and Human caseworker to be eligible for these services.
Examples of transportation services include:
Medical or dental appointments
Therapy of counseling appointments
Pick-up of medication
Court Appointments
Family Visitation
Education or childcare
Mentoring programs, and more
You must be a current client of Waukesha County Health and Human Services. Please discuss requests with your current caseworker for any needs you may have.
