Emergency Management coordinates all emergency disaster operations. Coordinating agency for all damage assessment and disaster relief assistance between Federal and State governments and the local units of government. Responsible for Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act, Superfund and Re-authorization Act (these two Acts deal with substance release and hazardous materials reporting).
