Description:
St. Francis Children's Center's Children's Long-Term Support (CLTS) Program serves children with Autism or other severe and long-term developmental, physical, emotional or sensory impairments between the ages of 3 through high school. The program is designed to provide support and service coordination for these children and their families in Milwaukee, Ozaukee and Washington counties.
