You can access menus by the month and meal sites at the Milwaukee County Department on Aging's web site: www.milwaukee.gov/county/aging.

- - - - - Lapham Park is a subsidized housing complex owned and operated by the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee (HACM). Through the creative use of public and private funds, the model of a Continuing Care Retirement Community was superimposed on this publicly-funded housing development to facilitate true "aging in place" for low-income seniors. The major partners in this venture include: HACM, the Milwaukee County Department on Aging, SET Ministry, Inc., Community Care Organization, St. Mary's Family Practice, and the Lapham Park Resident Organization.
